Refund policy

Handspun , handloom natural dyed products look and feel different , and slight variations in shade & texture are its inherent characteristics.  While browsing our webshop, please do feel free to contact us for any queries.  After purchase, in case you wish to return, we are more than happy to exchange another item of your choice. 

  • There is a 15 day exchange and return policy for all products on this site 

  • Exchange for alternate product/s is also offered either for same value, or difference will be refunded / billed as the case may be. 

  • In case defective from our end, we will refund entire amount

  • In case parcel is damaged in transit, please return same to us on receipt. Kindly email us at bluelotuscraft@gmail.com for future action. We will replace the same in the next 7 working days. 

  • Refund, if & when applicable will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive package at our end.  MRP value mentioned on the webshop will be refunded. 

  • To initiate exchange or return: 

    • Mail to be sent within 2 to 3 days to our email id bluelotuscraft@gmail.com with order no & product code 

    • Please mention specific reason for exchange / return 

    • Please ensure product is unused and tags are intact 

    • Please courier item to below address. Please note return charges are to be bourne  by customer
